If your membership renewed for another year and want to cancel for a refund:
If you do not wish to continue your membership, and you have NOT redeemed a presale passcode since your account renewed, you have up to 60 days to cancel and receive a full credit of these membership dues. Simply follow the Cancel My Account prompts available within the My Account section of RollingStones.com.
What does the JOIN NOW link mean on the tour listing page?
If the show you are interested in reads "Join Now" in the Fan Club Tickets column, it simply means that the Fan Club presale has not started yet. This link will change to "Get Tickets" once the presale is underway.
If you are already a member there is no need to join again.
When will I receive my presale code?
All presale codes (both Legacy & New Member) are now generated at the time of presales. You will not have your code before presales go live.

If you signed up for a PLATINUM membership last year and you have successfully renewed your account for this year, you are now considered a "Legacy" member and will be able to participate in the special the "Legacy" presale windows.
Please note, because of the different ticketing agents in various markets and countries we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide early access windows for all shows.
What is a NEW MEMBER presale?
If you recently joined the site as a PLATINUM member or joined anytime after May 10th, 2005 and have not yet renewed your account, you will have access to tickets during the "New Member" presale window.
(2) Find the show you want to attend and look under the column called 'FanClub Tickets'.
(3) If you see 'GET TICKETS' then there are still pre-sale tickets/passcodes available for that event. Otherwise, it will state "ALLOTMENT GONE" which means there are no more presale tickets available for that event.
(4) After you click 'GET TICKETS', you will be shown a page confirming the show you chose and you must read and agree to the terms of the Pre-Sale System on RollingStones.com.
(5) Click the check box to agree to these terms and you can continue to next step.
(6) If you are already logged in to RollingStones.com, just click continue. Otherwise, you will see a login form where you can enter your username and password to continue.
(7) The next page again confirms your selection. If it is correct and you want to obtain the RollingStones.com passcode for this event, then click continue.
(8) The next page provides you with the passcode and a link to a ticketing agent (likely Ticketmaster or eTix) where you will go to actually order and check out the tickets using the Pre-Sale passcode. You will also receive a confirmation email with these details and your passcode for your reference.
This page also provides many details about the pre-sale so review it carefully.
(9) The ticket agent (likely Ticketmaster or eTix) will send you an order confirmation email after you successfully order your tickets.

We will be offering early presale access windows for our "Legacy" members. However, because of the different ticketing agents in various markets and countries we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide early access windows for all shows.
:::: Receiving your presale code ::::
In order to receive an active code, you now must visit the tickets page (rollingstones.com/tickets) during the pre-sale and select a show for which you would like to purchase tickets. After selecting the show you will be given a unique code good only to purchase tickets for the selected show.
NOTE: Please select the show you want carefully. Once you have received a code allowing you to purchase tickets for a specific show, you will not be eligible for a new code for use with this or any future shows.
:::: Presale Ticket Limits ::::
A PLATINUM membership entitles you to one passcode/ticket transaction per membership year.
As a PLATINUM member of RollingStones.com you can purchase tickets for a single show with a limit of up to four tickets within your membership year. Please note, if you buy less than the maximum limit of tickets, the remainder does not carry over to additional shows or transactions. Ticket quantities may vary based on availability.
The reason for this ticket limit is so we can ensure more fans have access to presale tickets.
